ROHAN is short for Reaching Out to Help, Advocate and Nurture. It's basically a description of what we do all day.
We go to the people who need us, rather than waiting for them to find us.
Practical support — schooling, food, health — that changes the day in front of someone.
Speaking up with schools, panchayats and local offices when a family can't get through alone.
Staying in touch. Help that stops after one year doesn't really help.
We're small and just starting out. Here's everything, honestly.
Fifteen kids started school this year, with everything they needed to get there.
Almost all of it from people who know us and decided to chip in.
